Our company, Chikamasa Co.,Ltd. was set up in the year of 1910 in Sakai, Osaka, a city well-known for its cutlery. For more than 110 years, we have worked hard to develop scissors with attractive shapes and razor-sharp edges. In the present times, we sell scissors for fruits, vegetables, flower arranging, gardening, and handcrafting, catering to both professional and amateur users. All throughout the decades, the goal of our company has always been to provide top-quality products. We have over 100 different varieties of original shears and scissors for usage in gardening, handicrafts, agriculture, office work, etc. We have been a manufacturer of user-friendly products like Pruning Shears for Professional, etc. Grandfather of our president Yoshikazu Wada, Shojiro Wada began producing flower scissors in Zaimoku-cho, Sakai City. Initially, the scissors were manufactured by hand, one by one. Mechanical manufacturing eventually commenced, and more than 50 industrial robots are presently in operation.
